Blaylock, professor in neurology, has researched the sweetener Aspartame and other toxic chemicals, and has written a detailed study about this in the book ”Exitotoxins: The taste that kills” where he shows around 500 scientific research results. Aspartame is a molecule that is conformed of two amino acids; Phenylalanine and Aspartic acid like Methanol. Methanol is released in the body when the Aspartame warms up at temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius. Then it breaks down into Formic acid and Formaldehyde, substances that are poisonous even in small quantities.

Glutamate, also known as Monosodium Glutamate, is a flavor enhancer that is used in a very big part of the processed food and almost all the areas of the ready-made foods and many spices. It is a salt that is formed by a positive charged sodium ion and a negative charged Glutamine acid molecule. Glutamate is a chemical substance that stimulates the brain so you perceive the flavors more intensive than usual. Already in 1969 Dr John Olney from USA, reported that the lab animals that have been fed with Glutamate got brain damage and neuroendocrine disturbances. He found that mice that received Glutamate became dangerously overweight and showed brain damage.
