No, you're not banned or blocked from the tracker, WE ALL ARE,
myself included. It seems the upstream provider our server company uses
has blocked port 6969 claiming a malicious expliot exists using that port.

I've submitted a tech support ticket to our server company and they are working
on getting their upstream provider to open a hole for us to use port 6969 while
the rest of the rented servers that AREN'T ours remain blocked.

There's an ongoing discussion on the forum that will be updated as news comes in.
Unfortunately, due to an unrelated matter, our forum is suffering denial of service
attacks, and to help combat CPU exceeded errors that take the forum offline, the
forum now requires people to sign up or log in to read the topics.

The effect of that is that our cpu usage goes down since less MYSQL database queries
