I was just reading about ball lightning and came across called Kiril Chukanov. He is a scientist who has is an inventor of a method for creating ball lightning for generating electricity and hydrogen

He's live in Utah in the US for over 16 years, and has had many members of the public and scientists from around the world visit his lab to see his experiments. He has been freely sharing his technologies, but yet no companies in the US have ever made any offers to fund his experiments. in 2006 he was offered a massive budget to fund his project (as well as a house and car) to develop Quantum Free Energy generator for commercialisation (this was in 2006).

I decided to do a little more research, and found out he was asked to not discuss the progress further on his site due to the fact that it was under massive funding through a commercial company.

I have just found out that 3 days ago he has made a quite significant posting on his website:

There have been many many reports of people disappearing with regards to 'free energy' developments, as obviously oil companies, industry, governments etc have a HUGE stake in the industry. But none of these stories seem to have any evidence or direct links to what has happened to these people.

However this incident states something much more direct. The Canadian Stock Exchange has denied him and his company the right to become a Public Company, stating that:

"it is dangerous for the political system"

Now this sounds very much to me like a solid no to free energy due to the enormous impact it would have on the current economy and world structure. This is not some backstreet garage experiment, but a project that has had millions poured into it's development. And so far seems to be the biggest and most upfront proof of purposeful action to stop 'free energy'.

Dr. Kiril Chukanov was born and raised in Bulgaria. In 1963, Kiril Chukanov graduated with BS in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Sofia Architectural College, which is located in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. He then studied Civil Engineering from 1963 till 1965 at the Sofia Civil Engineering Institute. In 1965, Kiril Chukanov transferred to St. Petersburg Civil Engineering Institute, which is located in St. Petersburg, Russia, where, in 1969 he received his Master’s Degree in Technology. Dr. Chukanov then continued his education in Moscow, Russia, where, in 1977, he received a PhD in Thermodynamics. For some period of time (1969-1988) Dr. K. Chukanov worked on different positions: production manager, research scientist, university professor. Since 1988 to date Dr. K.Chukanov works exclusively on Quantum Energy researches. In Bulgaria, during the 1988-1990 period, Dr. Chukanov’s QE work was mainly funded by the governmental scientific organization NISA (now non-existing). During this period of time he was technically supported by different persons, to whom he is very grateful. In 1990, Dr. K.Chukanov was invited to the California-based small company MPI in the USA, where he continued his research and obtained his first US patent on Quantum Energy. Between 1990 and 1992 Dr. Chukanov worked on his Quantum Free Energy project at the Silicon Valley-based company Genmark Automation. His work was supported by Genko Genov – owner of this company (Genko Genov died in an accident in 1998).

Dr. Chukanov is not “implemented” in the USA and “managed” by some secret person (out of the USA) as some, obviously mentally ill people, are claiming. Dr. Kiril Chukanov is not connected or supervised by any persons or organizations “in”, and “out” of the USA.

During some short period of time (1992-1993) Dr. Kiril Chukanov worked on the problem of Cold Fusion at the University of Utah.

In 1993, Dr. Kiril Chukanov founded the company “General Energy International” located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later, 1996, Dr. Chukanov founded another research company “Chukanov Quantum Energy, LLC” which exists now.

In February 2006 Dr.. Kiril Chukanov moved to Canada to work on the development of commercial prototypes of quantum free energy generators.

In the USA Dr. Kiril Chukanov published three books: Final Quantum Revelation (General Quantum Mechanics-Part I, 1994), General Quantum Mechanics -Part II (2001), and General Quantum Mechanics – Part III (2005). Dr. Chukanov’s intellectual rights on Quantum Energy are protected by two patents.
