SO WHAT IS HALLOWEEN REALLY ABOUT?



Looking around the Internet the polarisation of views about Halloween is easy to see. From the Christian perspective it is a night of evil and human sacrifice. From the modern-day 'Druid' or 'Pagan' viewpoint these claims are wild exaggerations and way off the mark.

As usual the truth is somewhere in between. No, of course not everyone who celebrates Halloween is knowingly supporting 'evil' and, yes, most 'Druids' and 'Pagans' perform their Halloween rituals and celebrations in a spirit of goodwill to all.

BUT

Halloween IS a time of human sacrifice and Satanic ritual and has been for thousands of years. Over and over when I have talked to those who have experienced such rituals around the world the importance of the period across Halloween has been stressed.

So while some children are trick and treating others are being sacrificed by the Satanists, some of whom are among the most famous people in the world. Believe it or believe it not, but that is how it is.

This is an article about Halloween written, like most of them, from a Christian perspective and 'Pagans' would challenge many of its historical assumptions. But, like I say, the truth here is not black and white, it is a shade of grey.
