2 . A Bit About Consent

What is CONSENT?
Simply put, consent means to allow. Like saying, “O.k. you can search my car but you won't find anything."

Here's a real life example:
My family and I were traveling across Oklahoma in a Three-cylinder Geo Metro.
We had stopped to help a turtle that had been struck on 1-40.Goin' down the road feelin' bad for this Turtle whose shell was busted open, some Roofus Okie Deppity Sherruf pulls us over for two over the recommended highway velocity.
He said that he was going to just give me a warning but he asked if I would step out of the car (what a great bargain!)
The next thing I know, I'm sitting in his passenger seat explaining to him that it is my PATRIOTIC DUTY to refuse his search of our DWELLING-HOUSE.
He then informed me that where he comes from, refusal is cause for a search with a dog. (he must not have come from any of the UNITY-STATES of OUR WORLD.)
Next, he separated me from my wife to see if we had solidarity or conflicting stories and then lied to her about the dog signaling for drugs.
Over our OBJECTION in the 104 degree heat of the Summer, pregnant Momma, kids, and a broken turtle on the side of 1-40, this D.S. rummaged through half of the contents of our DWELLING-HOUSE and finally gave up when he found the unopened package of dried henna with Hindi writing all over it and let us go with a written warning(confession/evidence of rights violation as far as I'm concerned).

3 .What Continent Were You Born On?

There are a lot of people out there that don't seem to be exercising what should come naturally to us all; common sense. Do you remember what you learned about America in grade school? How they showed you how the American government was organized by the founding fathers to ensure freedom and equality for all people and that the judiciary is designed to allow for fairness in resolving discrepancies between the people?

How about when you got out in the real world and found out that your local city and State governments seemed to function as if they were foreign to your country? Was it just you or did everyone feel the same way? Did you figure that what they taught you in school was a lie and that real world was just a big military camp? Did you start to hate the government and the country you were born in? Or did you fantasize that the various governments in this country were always right no matter what because they are more qualified to make decisions for the ignorant masses?

Well, we all make mistakes. Believe me, you are forgiven, Just as long as you didn't hurt or ruin anybody's life as a result of your mistaken beliefs. Let’s start at the beginning.

What is your birthright and inheritance?
If you were born on the continental landmass of North America, more specifically, one of the fifty States, united, then you have the birthright to an inheritance that no foreign corporation can claim: American civilian Citizenship and the Constitution by which the American sovereigns govern their servants.

You came down the chute, most likely, in a port of entry into this country and were confronted with customs agents before you met your mother. They took full advantage of your mother's vulnerability from the birthing process and convinced her emotional mind that she had to enter into very specifically designed contracts to be in compliance with "the law". Yes, that ambiguous "it's the laaaaaw" that everyone seems to sheepishly agree with. But do these queer folk really know the law or are they just a bunch of cowardly peasants that would rather live their lives by television lies and die by pharmaceutical poison and exhaustion from paying excessive taxes?

Back then you had to be a counterculture drop out living in a retired school bus on commune in the back woods if you wanted to have a truly free American baby. These days it is a lot easier to protect our offspring from the customs agents at the hospitals; thanks to the groundwork that has been done by all of the red-blooded American patriots and Constitutionalists that believe that this country has a heart of gold, and dug through the law books to find it. What most people don't realize is that the birth certificates are considered by the governments to be title to the body of the individual whose name is on it, a contract with implied status: State property. The SS# is an account set up to manage money borrowed using the birth certificate as collateral, the implication is that you are liable for the repayment of the debt.
Another way to look at it is as if the Birth Certificate is the equivalent to a business license (an artificial person) which can make no claim for human rights. Why does your baby need a certificate of registration and a debt management account?

These things are a matter of choice and it's as easy as saying, "We haven't decided the baby's name yet, and we’ll fill out those papers later.” (tossing them in the circular file) “By the way, we object to you registering this birth on our behalf, if you do it will constitute fraud, thank you.”

If you did a home birth and your midwife didn't crack under false sense of conscience you might have a truly sovereign American child in your life. This is a very special blessing because these children do not have to bear the burden of the National debt. They are not like all the rest. They can be brought up in knowledge of what it really means to be free.

The bottom line is that we are indeed all living souls in soil-born American bodies. Most of us just don’t know what it really means to be sovereign or how to claim that status.

So I am going to try to break it down for you; Because, if you know the truth and take the right approach, you can dispel the darkness of ignorance with the light of the knowledge...cockroaches always run from the light.
4 . UNITED STATES Inc.

“Extra, Extra, Read all about it! United States Incorporates!”
“Congress copyrights Constitution for the thirteen united States of America and renames it the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. New corporate government for the District of Columbia, commands all it's vessels to swear oath to new copyrighted version.” -District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871:

UNITED STATES CODE, Title 28, 3002(15)(A) – Re-iterates
"The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a State" (NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S. 0.1973, 14 L. Ed. 287). Volume 20: Corpus Juris Sec. 1785
The United States of America is a corporation endowed with the capacity to sue and be sued, to convey and receive property.1 Marsh. Dec. 177, 181.

The U.S. Government declared bankruptcy in 1933 in Roosevelt's executive orders 6073, 6102, 6111, AND 6260 and lost it's sovereignty.
This was confirmed in Perry v. US (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79LEd 912, as well as 31 U.S.C. 5112 and 5119 and 12 U.S.C. 95a.
Title 28, 3002(15)(3): States that all departments of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION are part of the corporation.
5 . Subjects of the Crown

The fictional UNITED STATES Corporation still exists on paper as a commercial enterprise with immense debt to foreign bankers. As a matter of fact U.S. Inc. has been a corporation floundering in and out of bankruptcy since 1871 when congress went bankrupt from the civil war. The United States was incorporated to borrow money from English bankers who proposed the offer to control American lawmakers.

How does U.S. Inc secure the loans?

The UNITED STATES corporation now uses your birth certificate, filed as a registered security with the United States Department of Commerce as collateral to secure credit from the world bank; England's private bank, thus making you liable for the national debt. Each 'strawman' birth certificate is considered to be a fictitious person, a second-class citizen, a corporation “Vessel of the United States” that was voluntarily applied for by the parents and created by the Birth Registrar of the State, another corporation “Vessel of the United States”. For the purpose of securing the national debt.
This “Vessel of the UNITED STATES”, your birth certificate is essentially a business license as well as a warehouse receipt for the registration of your original birth record. Where the original is being stored on your behalf by the UNITED STATES corporation, it is bonded and used as collateral for a loan of $1,000,000 that is kept in your Social Security account.

The UNITED STATES corporation is a bankrupt corporation that is deep in debt to the WORLD BANK (England) and every U.S. citizen(vessel) including each State, county and city is governed by their contracts created under the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE. And, the good old U.S. of A considers it's vessel-citizens liable for its debt, therefore it loans huge sums of bank draft to States, counties and cities so that they can in turn collect fines and taxes from all of their subjects.

If you claim to be the all caps name on the Birth Certificate and/or Driver’s License contract, or if you claim to be a citizen of the UNITED STATES you are understood to be chattel of the commercial state, ultimately a slave to the Crown of England. -Sound familiar?
6 . The Sovereigns


Websters Dictionary defines Sovereign:

1. Chief or highest; supreme.
2. Supreme in power, superior in position to all others.
Independent of, and unlimited by, any other, possessing or entitled to, original and independent authority or jurisdiction.

Sovereign: A person, body or state in which independent and supreme authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other ruler with limited power.
Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th edition pg. 1252

Sovereignty means having supreme dominion over your realm -That you are the king of your own territory and are governed by the Laws of God, not the laws of bankrupt corporations and their security guards.

-Severed from government, not a subject.

All human beings are rightfully sovereign as recognized by the universal declaration of human rights. They just don’t know how to prove it. Fortunately, in this country we can prove our sovereignty by official declaration upon public records.

Look at it like the royalty in old Europe all had pedigrees and paperwork proving their authority. Where do you think all this law shit came from in the first place? It still works the same way. Our founding fathers made a way for intelligent men to be sovereign kings of their private domains.

You are presumed, by tacit (silent) admission to be a subject of corporation government if you have not declared sovereignty.
7 . Are You the Name?
There is a big difference between a name and an appellation.
The name is itself a fiction. It is merely a combination of sound and visual symbols that exist simply to acknowledge and reference something that factually exists.

In the time of the Phoenicians (phonetics) the use of lower case letters was reserved for the royalty and the use of upper case letters for slaves.
Since commercial enforcement is military, the name can still be considered a shield which protects the soft human soul from the harsh dealings and realities of the outside world.
In modern context it can be considered a storefront or means of engaging in commerce with the world outside the surface of your skin.
Your appellation on the other hand, is what we call you, it is a way for entities in fact- souls, identify with each other.
The way the name appears represents your social class.
There is a big difference between your autograph and your sign-ature.
Your autograph represents the human soul.
A sign-ature is an advertisement, a sign, for the business.
Where the name appears on a record in proper English format in upper and lower case letters this can be considered a true Christian Appellation referencing the private human; like this:
First-Middle:Last
The name in the ALL CAPITAL LETTERS means that person is either DEAD or a CORPORATION.
Where the name appears in all caps, as on the Birth Certificate or driver’s licence, it can be considered an artificial person and public like WAL-MART:

Look at it like a DBA business name. First-Middle:Last (the real you) Doing Business as FIRST MIDDLE LAST the corporation. The first a fact, a real living, breathing, thinking human and the latter a fictional corporation franchisee of the UNITED STATES corporation or a privately owned business shield.
Keeping it Private
In a commercial contract it is a binding guarantee of performance by the parties involved but you should always separate the private individual from the corporation contract by reserving the rights of the human in the contract with the phrase:

“WITHOUT PREJUDICE” UCC 1-207
First-Middle:Last

Artificial persons have no rights and unless privately owned, are subject to admiralty/maritime law. If you admit to being the all caps name, you will likely be shanghaied.

You may want to secure the exclusive private use of any all capital letter likenesses of your name by copyrighting them as trade phrases or trade secrets. That way if any body uses your copyrighted trade secret for profit (on a warrant) you can send them a bill for their use or in the alternative charge them with copyright and trade phrase infringement and identity theft.

"The omission of the Christian name by either plaintiff or defendant in a legal process prevents the court from acquiring jurisdiction, "

This means that corporations cannot lawfully bring suit against humans. But humans can bring suit against corporations.
How about this idea?
Go to a court of record and change the all caps birth certificate name:

FIRST MIDDLE LAST
to: DONT HAVE ONE
or: SOVEREIGN AMERICAN CIVILIAN

...and then send the name change to the State for a new birth certificate and SS#

Of course, autographing all of the documents with your real appellation and a reservation of rights.

A fiction, and can only do business as a fiction, with a fiction.- This is why they try to burden you with the fiction birth certificate name and Gregorian date of birth from the moment you breathe.

Remember the movie “The Wizard of Oz”? That was more than a children's movie; it was made shortly after the Federal reserve Act and was Hollywood’s way of showing Americans how to get their freedom back. Unfortunately, it went right over everyone's heads.

One of the “alter egos” that accompanied Dorothy along the gold-brick road was a “STRAWMAN”. If you look in any law dictionary you will find that that is a legal term. It means a fake person or dummy put up as a bond.

STRAMINEUS HOMO: Latin - A man of straw, one of no substance, put forward as bail or surety. Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, page 1421.

Now how does this affect you? Look on your driver's license...All caps. Look at the bottom. Oops, you signed the contract! Did you reserve the rights for the human with the same name in that contract?

The Plain Facts
A living, thinking, breathing, human being, created by God and born from the womb of a Mother and the seed of a Father on American soil before witnesses is an undeniable fact and cannot be mistaken for a particular arrangement of capitalized letters or spoken sounds.

Under the UCC you can expect your sovereignty to be recognized only if you make a clear distinction between you, the fact, and the fictitious “STRAWMAN” by declaration on public record.

Remember the end of the movie when Dorothy found out that the entire persona of the Wizard was just a veil of lights and illusions? Well, bingo. You just found out that the government is a9 ~ Common Law or Commercial Code

This country was founded by seemingly sincere Christians, so the American common law is based on the laws set forth by God in the HOLY BIBLE and are supported by all of the case law that has been decided in our history.
9. Common Law
Article III, section 2 of the organic Constitution defines the kinds of judicial power the courts have:
1. common law
2. equity
3. admiralty
4. maritime

At the common law - a crime exists only when there is a victim with actual damages like a broken arm.

In equity - otherwise known as civil law a private contract is or agreement is involved. For an action to be brought there must be a breach of contract and damages.

Maritime - or commercial contract law originates in the rules of trade upon the high seas between international merchants and is enforced by military organizations.

Admiralty - is armed enforcement of the laws of commerce(the law merchant)

All birth certificates, licenses, registrations, insurances, bank accounts, permits, titles, deeds, etc. are commercial contracts created under the UCC - (Uniform Commercial Code) and this is where the confusion begins. Most people do not know that commercial law cannot regulate private dealings between civilians much less where to draw the line.

Where does one draw the line?
The Uniform Commercial Code
The Uniform Commercial Code was adopted by all states in 1964 making it the supreme law of the land. Take a look in the first part of every Federal and State code books and you will the find the Uniform Commercial Code consistent throughout.

UCC 1-103.6 defines how contract law must be in compliance with the rules of the common law providing there is made a knowing reservation of common law rights.

"The Code is complimentary to the Common Law, which remains in force, except where displaced by the code. A statute should be construed in harmony with the Common Law, unless there is a clear legislative intent to abrogate the Common Law." (UCC 1-103.6)

What's the remedy?
"The making of a valid Reservation of Rights preserves whatever rights the person then possesses, and prevents the loss of such rights by application of concepts of waiver or estoppel." (UCC 1-207.7)

It is important to remember when we go into a court, that we are in a commercial, international jurisdiction. If we go into court and say. "I DEMAND MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!", the judge will most likely say, "You mention the Constitution again, and I'll find you in contempt of court!" Then we don't understand how he can do that. Hasn't he sworn to uphold the Constitution? The rule here is: you cannot be charged under one jurisdiction and defend yourself under another jurisdiction. For example, if the French government came to you and asked where you filed your French income tax of a certain year, do you go to the French government and say "I demand my Constitutional Rights?" No. The proper answer is: "THE LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. I AM NOT A FRENCHMAN." You must make your reservation of rights under the jurisdiction in which you are charged, not under some other jurisdiction. So in a UCC court, you must claim your Reservation of Rights under UCC 1-207.

UCC 1-207 goes on to say...

"When a waivable right or claim is involved, the failure to make a reservation thereof, causes a loss of the right, and bars its assertion at a later date." (UCC 1-207.9)

You have to make your claim known early. Further, it says:

"The Sufficiency of the Reservation: any expression indicating an intention to reserve rights is sufficient, such as "without prejudice". (UCC 1-207.4)

Whenever you sign any legal paper that deals with Federal Reserve Notes, write under your signature: "Without Prejudice (UCC 1-207.4)." This reserves your rights. You can show, at UCC 1-207.4, that you have sufficiently reserved your rights.

It is very important to understand just what this means. For example, one man who used this in regard to a traffic ticket was asked by the judge just what he meant by writing "without prejudice UCC 1-207" on his statement to the court? He had not tried to understand the concepts involved. He only wanted to use it to get out of the ticket. He did not know what it meant. When the judge asked him what he meant by signing in that way, he told the judge he was not prejudice against anyone... The judge knew that the man had no idea what it meant, and he lost the case. You must know what it means!
Without Prejudice UCC 1-207
When you use "without prejudice UCC 1-207" in connection with your signature, you are saying, "I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract or commercial agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally. I do not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.”
UCC 1-207. Performance or acceptance under Reservation of Rights.
A party who, with explicit reservation of rights, performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as "WITHOUT PREJUDICE”,” UNDER PROTEST" or the like are sufficient.

Your autograph is among your most valuable assets. It is not a good idea to autograph a contract without reserving your rights. If you must carry a driver's license you should get a new one with a reservation of rights above your autograph on the license itself. As a matter of fact it is wisest to reserve your rights in any agreement, just in case there is some small print that suggests waiver of your God given freedom.

Every country of this world recognizes the “International law of the flag” treaty and all government offices must by law, display the flag of their jurisdiction. The courts of our great land are equally bound by this international law.
Which flag are they flying, matey?
Let me guarantee you it is not the civilian peacetime flag of the American Union of States, clearly defined in the Untied States Code at Title 4, section 1, chapter 1.
Any deviation from the dimensions in Title 4 is described as a fraudulent flag in section 3.

All government offices display gold-fringed military flags or 3x5 army flags because they are all vessels of the UNITED STATES Corporation.

You can't even buy a Title 4 Flag at WAL-MART, only the 3x5 proportion military flags.

The proper red, white, and blue Title 4 U.S.C. Section 1, Chapter 1 Civilian American Flag of the unity States of America with no yellow coloring or fringe takes precedence over all other flags because it is the flag of America the Nation, with an organic constitution. It has very specific dimensions that are defined in TITLE 4 of the UNITY-STATES CODE at CHAPTER 1: SECTIONS 1 and 2, it establishes the civilian jurisdiction for all courts in the united States of America, and it presence invokes constitutional authority. This civilian authority is mandated in almost all the State constitutions.

TITLE 4 U.S.C.S.
CHAPTER 1
Section 1. - Flag stripes and stars on The flag of the United States shall be thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white; and the union of the flag shall be forty-eight stars, white in a blue field.

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10798 Ex. Ord. No. 10798, Jan. 3, 1959, 24 F.R. 79, which prescribed proportions and sizes of flags until July 4, 1960, was revoked bysection 33 of Ex. Ord. No. 10834, set out as a note under this section.

EX. ORD. NO. 10834. PROPORTIONS AND SIZES OF FLAGS AND POSITION OF STARS Ex. Ord. No. 10834, Aug. 21, 1959, 24 F.R. 6865, provided:

WHEREAS the State of Hawaii has this day been admitted into the Union; and WHEREAS section 2 of title 4 of the United States Code provides as follows: ''On the admission of a new State into the Union one star shall be added to the union of the flag; and such addition shall take effect on the fourth day of July then next succeeding such admission.''; and WHEREAS the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (63 Stat. 377), as amended (see Short Title note under section 471 of Title 40, Public Buildings, Property, and Works) authorizes the President to prescribe policies and directives governing the procurement and utilization of property by executive agencies; and WHEREAS the interests of the Government require that orderly and reasonable provision be made for various matters pertaining to the flag and that appropriate regulations governing the procurement and utilization of national flags and union jacks by executive agencies be prescribed:

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States and as Commander in Chief of the armed forces of the United States, and the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (see Short Title note under section 471 of Title 40, Public Buildings, Property, and
Works), it is hereby ordered as follows:

PART I - DESIGN OF THE FLAG

Section 1. - The flag of the United States shall have thirteen horizontal stripes, alternate red and white, and a union consisting of white stars on a field of blue.

Section 2. - The positions of the stars in the union of the flag and in the union jack shall be as indicated on the attachment to this order, which is hereby made a part of this order.
Section 3. - The dimensions of the constituent parts of the flag shall conform to the proportions set forth in the attachment referred to in section 2 of this order.

PART II - REGULATIONS GOVERNING EXECUTIVE AGENCIES

Sec. 21. - The following sizes of flags are authorized for executive agencies:

Sec.22. - Flags manufactured or purchased for the use of executive agencies:

(a) Shall conform to the provisions of Part I of this order, except as may be otherwise authorized pursuant to the provisions of section 24, or except as otherwise authorized by the provisions of section 21, of this order.

(b) Shall conform to the provisions of section 21 of this order, except as may be otherwise authorized pursuant to the provisions of section 24 of this order.

Sec. 23. - The exterior dimensions of each union jack manufactured or purchased for executive agencies shall equal the respective exterior dimensions of the union of a flag of a size authorized by or pursuant to this order. The size of the union jack flown with the national flag shall be the same as the size of the union of that national flag.

Sec. 24. - (a) The Secretary of Defense in respect of procurement for the Department of Defense (including military colors) and the Administrator of General Services in respect of procurement for executive agencies other than the Department of Defense may, for cause which the Secretary or the Administrator, as the case may be, deems sufficient, make necessary minor adjustments in one or more of the dimensions or proportionate dimensions prescribed by this order, or authorize proportions or sizes other than those prescribed by section 3 or section 21 of this order.

(b) So far as practicable, (1) the actions of the Secretary of Defense under the provisions of section 24(a) of this order, as they relate to the various organizational elements of the Department of Defense, shall be coordinated, and (2) the Secretary and the Administrator shall mutually coordinate their actions under that section.

Sec. 25. - Subject to such limited exceptions as the Secretary of Defense in respect of the Department of Defense, and the Administrator of General Services in respect of executive agencies other than the Department of Defense, may approve, all national flags and union jacks now in the possession of executive agencies, or hereafter acquired by executive agencies under contracts awarded prior to the date of this order, including those so possessed or so acquired by the General Services Administration, for distribution to other agencies, shall be utilized until unserviceable.

PART III - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sec. 31. - The flag prescribed by Executive Order No. 10798 of January 3, 1959, shall be the official flag of the United States until July 4, 1960, and on that date the flag prescribed by Part I of this order shall become the official flag of the United States; but this section shall neither derogate from section 24 or section 25 of this order nor preclude the procurement, for executive agencies, of flags provided for by or pursuant to this order at any time after the date of this order. Sec. 32. As used in this order, the term ''executive agencies'' means the executive departments and independent establishments in the executive branch of the Government, including wholly-owned Government corporations. Sec. 33. Executive Order No. 10798 of January 3, 1959, is hereby revoked. Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Sec. 3. Use of flag for advertising purposes; mutilation of flag

Any person who, within the District of Columbia, in any manner,for exhibition or display, shall place or cause to be placed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, drawing, or any advertisement of any nature upon any flag, standard, colors, or ensign of the United States of America; or shall expose or cause to be exposed to public view any such flag, standard, colors, or ensign upon which shall have been printed, painted, or otherwise placed, or to which shall be attached, appended, affixed, or annexed any word, figure, mark, picture, design, or drawing, or any advertisement of any nature; or who, within the District of Columbia, shall manufacture, sell, expose for sale, or to public view, or give away or have in possession for sale, or to be given away or for use for any purpose, any article or substance being an article of merchandise, or a receptacle for merchandise or article or thing for carrying or transporting merchandise, upon which shall have been printed, painted, attached, or otherwise placed a representation of any such flag, standard, colors, or ensign, to advertise, call attention to, decorate, mark, or distinguish the article or substance on which so placed shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or both, in the discretion of the court.

The words ''flag, standard, colors, or ensign'', as used herein, shall include any flag, standard, colors, ensign, or any picture or representation of either, or of any part or parts of either, made of any substance or represented on any substance, of any size evidently purporting to be either of said flag, standard, colors, or ensign of the United States of America or a picture or a representation of either, upon which shall be shown the colors, the stars and the stripes, in any number of either thereof, or of any part or parts of either, by which the average person seeing the same without deliberation may believe the same to represent the flag, colors, standard, or ensign of the United States of America.

11 ~ The Military Flag With the Gold Fringe


The gold-fringed flag and wrongly-proportioned red, white and blue flags are flags of a foreign corporation regulated by the UCC.

FLAG Martial Law;
"Pursuant to 4 U.S.C. chapter 1, §§1, 2, & 3;Executive Order 10834, August 21, 1959; 24 F.R.6865; a military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a YELLOW FRINGE border on three sides. "

The president of the United States designates this deviation from the regular flag, by executive order, and in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief.

FLAG Martial Law;
"The Placing of a fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag and the arrangement of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as commander in Chief of the Army and Navy." 34 Ops. Atty. Gen. 83.

President, Dwight David Eisenhower, by Executive Order No.10834, signed on August 21, 1959 and printed in the Federal Register at 24 F.R. 6865, pursuant to law, stated that:
"A military flag is a flag that resembles the regular flag of the United States, except that it has a Yellow Fringe border on three sides."

FLAG Martial law;
"The use of such a fringe is prescribed in current Army Regulation no. 260-10." 34 Ops. Atty. . Gen. 483, 485.

FLAG Martial law;
"Ancient custom sanctions the use of the fringe on regimental colors and standards, but there seems to be no good reason or precedent for its use on other flags." The Adjutant General of the Army, March 28, 1924, (1925); 34 ()Ops. Atty. Gen. 483, 485.

Display of Military Flag
National flags are for indoor display and for use in ceremonies and parades. For these purposes the United States flag will be rayon banner cloth, trimmed on three sides with golden yellow fringe, 2 1/2 inches wide. It will be the same size as the flags displayed or carried with it. Authorization for indoor display in Each military courtroom.
Any courtroom that displays these flags behind the Judge is a military courtroom. You are under military law and not constitutional law, or common law, or civil law, or statute law. Restrictions

"The following limitations and prohibitions are applicable to flags guidons, streamers, and components." Unauthorized use of official flags, guidons, and streamers. Display or use of flags, guidons, and streamers or replicas thereof, including those presently or formerly carried by U.S. Army units, by other than the office, individual, or organization for which authorized, is prohibited except as indicated in below. Use only by recognized United States Army division associations . . . ."

According to Army Regulations, (AR 840-10, Oct. 1, 1979.)
"the Flag is trimmed on three sides with Fringe of Gold, 2 1/2 inches wide," and that, "such flags are flown indoors, ONLY in military courtrooms." And that the Gold Fringed Flag is not to be carried by anyone except units of the United States Army, and the United States Army division associations."

The U.S. Attorney General has stated:
"The placing of a gold fringe on the national flag, the dimensions of the flag, and the arrangements of the stars in the union are matters of detail not controlled by statute, but are within the discretion of the President as Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy. . .ancient custom sanctions the use of fringe on regimental colors and standards, but there seems to be no good reason or precedent for its use on other flags. . .the use of such a fringe is prescribed in current Army Regulations, No. 260-10." The only statute or regulation, in the United States, prescribing a yellow fringed United States flag is Army Regulation No. 260-10, making it a military flag.

By Army Regulation 260-10, the gold fringe may be used only on regimental "colors," the President's flag, for military courts of court martial, and the flags used at military recruiting centers. "A military flag emblem of a nation, usually made of cloth and flown from a staff;

From a Military Standpoint
Flags are of two general classes...those flown from stationary masts over army posts, and those carried by troops in formation. The former are referred to by the general name of flags. The later are called colors when carried by dismounted troops.

COLORS AND STANDARDS
“...are more nearly square than flags and are made of silk, with a knotted fringe of yellow on three sides. . .use of a flag -- the most general and appropriate use of the flag is as a national symbol of authority and power." (National Encyclopedia, Vol. 4)

The adornments (FINIAL) on the top of the flag pole are for military use only. The gold eagle is for the use of the President of the United States only, and only in time of war. The gold spear ball is for military recruiting centers only. The gold acorn is for military parades only. (Army Regulation 840-10, chapter 8).
12. What is Martial Law?

Also know as National Emergency or Police State, Martial Law is where the government has declared a military control of the population. Under martial law, you are presumed guilty until proven innocent.

Admiralty Law is armed enforcement of shipping laws regulating commercial contracts with severe penalties.

The Admiralty power originates in article III: sec. 1 of the Constitution for the united States of America.

The gold-fringed flag only stands inside military courts that sit in summary court martial proceedings against civilians and such courts are governed in part by local rules, but more especially by "The Manual of Courts Martial", U.S., 1994 Ed., at Art. 99, (c)(1)(b), pg. IV-34, PIN 030567-0000, U.S. Government Printing Office, Wash. D.C. The details of the crimes that civilians can commit, that are classed as 'Acts of War,' cover 125 pages in the Manual of Courts Martial.

HOW IS MILITARY LAW ENFORCED ON AMERICANS?

By offering, “UNITED STATES” corporation citizenship, out into the American population and enslaving the unsuspecting recipients with excessive licensing and taxation.

This is exactly why so many judges are appointed, and not elected by the people. The President, the national military commander in chief, appoints the Federal judges. The Governors, military commanders for the States appoint the State judges,. The judges are appointed because civilians do not "elect" military officers.

CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Sec. 9. Vessel of the United States defined
The term ''vessel of the United States'', as used in this title, means a vessel belonging in whole or in part to the United States, or any citizen thereof, or any corporation created by or under the laws of the United States, or of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof.

If you claim that you are a citizen of the United States you are considered to be a corporate slave.

Title 28, 3002(15)(3): States that all departments of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION are part of the corporation.

An exhaustive description of the "economic war" against the Private Citizens of the United States of America can be found in the Digest of International Law, Volume 10, and pages 95-127. It is here that we will find that the Departments of State, Justice, Commerce, and the Treasury, in disregard to the administrative orders of the President, conduct an "Alien Enemy Program" whose sole purpose is to unconstitutionally seize the properties of all Private Citizens, militarily, with the aid of such maritime hypothecations as "bottomry bonds", etc.

Admiralty law or maritime law is the distinct body of law (both substantive and procedural) governing navigation and shipping. Topics associated with this field in legal reference works may include: shipping; navigation; waters; commerce; seamen; towage; wharves, piers, and docks; insurance; maritime liens; canals; and recreation. Piracy (ship hijacking) is also an aspect of admiralty. The courts and Congress seek to create a uniform body of admiralty law both nationally and internationally in order to facilitate commerce. The federal courts derive their exclusive jurisdiction over this field from the Judiciary Act of 1789 and from Article III, § 2 of the U.S. Constitution. Congress regulates admiralty partially through the Commerce Clause. American admiralty law formerly applied only to American tidal waters. It now extends to any waters navigable within the United States for interstate or foreign commerce. In such waters admiralty jurisdiction includes maritime matters not involving interstate commerce, including recreational boating. [-note: vessel of the United States]

JURISDICTION: Admiralty and maritime jurisdiction is part of the judicial power conferred upon the courts of the United States by the Constitution which provides "[t]he judicial power shall extend . . . to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction" (Article III, Section 2). Subject to specific statutes, the authority of a district court is generally limited to the geographical limits of the district, including the territorial waters bordering the district (a distance of approximately 3 miles offshore Band approximately 9 miles on the Gulf coast of Florida and Texas). However, bodies of water that are wholly located within a single state and are not navigable nor used in interstate or foreign commerce would not be included in the admiralty jurisdiction. In short, admiralty in rem jurisdiction of the federal court and the USMS authority to arrest vessels is limited to vessels and/or cargo physically within the territorial jurisdictional authority of the district. GENERAL PROCEDURES: Upon authorization of the court or the clerk, the clerk will issue a warrant for the arrest of the vessel or other property that is the subject of the action or will issue a Writ of Maritime Attachment or Garnishment and deliver it to the U.S. Marshal for service. There are basic procedures that should be reviewed and followed in order to achieve the arrest, attachment, or garnishment. [-note: vessel of the United States]

Although the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims authorize persons or organizations other than the U.S. marshal to be named by the court to execute the warrant of arrest, or writ of attachment or garnishment, seizure of a vessel and tangible property on a vessel remain exclusively the task of the U.S. Marshals Service. Seizure of other tangible or intangible property can now properly be undertaken by other persons or organizations if named by the court in the warrant of arrest, writ of attachment, or garnishment. In addition, many districts have local rules pertaining to admiralty procedures and these must be followed where applicable. [-note: vessel of the United States]
13 .Gold Dollars or Funny Money


Greenbacks, AKA FEDERAL RESERVE Notes aren't really money. They are insurance script otherwise known as “Fiat” or empty money. In fact they are nothing more than I.O.U.'s Issued by a private bank and are backed by nothing but an empty promise. Proving Maritime Jurisdiction
Referencing the definition of Admiralty/Maritme from the previous chapter you will see that matters of insurance fall under this jurisdiction.

Insisting fines be paid in insurance script is evidence that their business is commerce under the Admiralty/Maritime rules of law, the UCC. Asking a judge on the record of the court if a fine is to paid in silver or insurance script (bank notes) is often enough to get a case thrown out.

The cops don't want them because you have your name on your money. You should use increments of $100.00 so you can break them at any small town post office. And you can have records if a jail tries to launder them.
14 . Having Ninja Babies (without the mark of the beast)

If you are serious about giving your very own Child of God the free and sovereign status that is his/her American inheritance and birthright, use this tried and true method.

Consider a home-birth with a midwife and take care of the documentation on your own. Or, if you must have the baby at a hospital, use the birthing plan on the Disk and notice them, ahead of time, that you practice an obscure religion and that you will not be allowing the hospital to be doing any standard procedures on your newborn Child of Zion.

You must inform the hospital’s birth registrar as soon as possible, ahead of time is better, in writing, that you do not want your baby’s birth to appear in the Public State Record and that she must notify the State of your demand.

Be sure to maintain a perimeter around your baby at all times so they don't try to stab him in the foot or cut half his little pecker off. The Mother, Father or trusted relative should stay with your child as long as he/she is in the hospital. Do not let the social worker and birth registrar convince you to sign any applications for government benefits, certificates or accounts at the hospital. They are only required by law to offer their services of birth and social security registration. It is fraud to create a fiction name on behalf of the parents and you can bust them for this and sue for damages.

Or try this:
When they ask for a last name say “Sovereign” and just tell them that the Angel of the Lord has not revealed the baby’s name to you yet and you are too exhausted from the birth to fill out paperwork. Tell them you will take the papers with you to fill them out later when you are ready.

Almost all hospitals will give you an original birth record with footprints that they call a souvenir. This is not a toy or keepsake. This is the actual hospital proof of nativity and will get you a passport without a birth certificate.

Certainly fill out the Newspaper Announcement form so that you will have another public record of you child’s birth. Contrary to popular belief, it is very easy to make it in life without a Birth certificate and SS Number.

If the hospital does not give you a “complimentary birth record” card with the baby’s footprints you can very politely ask for a letter on hospital letterhead, for proof of the birth, that states the time and date of baby’s birth, footprints, and with the signature of the person who delivered your baby.

Pre and Post-natal reports – the entire medical record can be gotten from the Hospital and you doctor.

Bible Record – Get a family Bible with a record’s page and record the birth.

Postmarked Letters – Keep you letters Letters to and from Grandma, they work well to prove identity.

Since you did not apply for a birth certificate and you told the hospital in writing that you did not want your baby’s birth on public record, you can now get a letter from the State Registrar, stating that no record for a baby of that name or by that mother exists. If one for newborn male/female comes up you can call the State Registrar and explain that the hospital registrar has committed fraud, that you are a Religious Freeman and your religion dictates that you cannot have your baby’s birth on public file.

If you find a school that will cooperate with you, you can get you child enrolled and use the School Enrollment to prove Citizenship as well. Be careful about public schools because the “no child left behind act” requires schools to give your child’s name to the military.

You really want to avoid the “STRAWMAN” Birth Certificate and Taxpayer Identification (SS)Number application because these are used in conjunction to create the 14th Ammendment slave Vessel of the UNITED STATES artificial person.

All of the new Passports will have a microchip in them which will most likely allow GLOBAL SATTELITE POSITIONING so you can find your loved ones if they get lost in the Amazon jungle. If you don't want a GSP ID you can make your own international ID with the CLAIM FOR THE LIFE that is included on the CD for Making a record of your nativity.

If you are making a CLAIM FOR THE LIFE at the birth you can get footprints and a drop of blood from the umbilical cord and place them on of a few copies of the claim for the life immediately after the birth. Also have the doctor and/or midwife sign it as witnesses.

15 ~ Making the Claim of Your Life

Government Agencies are practicing ADMIRALTY enforcement of MARITIME COMMERCIAL LAW (Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution) so they must abide by their maritime commercial rules of procedure; the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE.

On the highs seas (under maritime law), when you bring a vessel into port (the court) you must present a CHARTER VESSEL CLAIM for your cargo to the port authority (the judge).

In this case, the claim for your cargo is a CLAIM FOR YOUR LIFE: That your body is your vessel and that your cargo is your life.

Follow the instructions here very carefully to make a TRUTHFUL LANGUAGE CLAIM with facts and witnesses in support of your identity.

Here's how to properly build your CLAIM FOR THE LIFE:

First you must understand that in proper English any name in all capital letters means that that person is either DEAD or a CORPORATION and if you are reading this, you are neither.
1. You must get your name right like this:First-Middle:Last Two proper nouns in support of each other, a Fact.
2. Place a photo of yourself on the CLAIM and enter your name.
3. Place a color Title 4 flag in the upper left-hand corner.
4. Bring a lancet or pin, photo id, inkpad, twenty dollars, and two witnesses to the post office with the CLAIM. Let the Postmaster know that you are making a legal document for identification purposes. (Remember to smile and be nice) and ask him/her if she would be willing to reference your ID and verify that you are the person by placing his autograph on the CLAIM (remember to say thank you). Next, Have all of your witnesses sign.
5. From the Postmaster, purchase a one-dollar U.S. Postage stamp and affix it to the upper right-hand corner of the CLAIM and ask him/her to cancel it. (if you get a funny look, say that you are mailing it to yourself, GENERAL DELIVERY and you just need to record the date that you did that)
6. Next explain that to associate the life with the claim you must affix a tiny sample of your DNA on the page and put one small drop of your blood on the page.
7. Put your right thumb print on the page.
8. Tell the postmaster that you want send this REGISTERED MAIL, RETURN-RECEIPT. He will hand you the card and you mail it to yourself,: First-Middle: Last, General Delivery, Your Town. From: exactly the same.
9. Write the RETURN-RECEIPT number on the top of the CLAIM and make 5 color copies.
10. Place a copy of your CLAIM in the envelope and seal it.
11. Pay the FEE for the SERVICE and tell the Postmaster that you are here to pick up your mail.
12. Say thank you, have a nice day. Aren't public servants useful?
When this is done you will be relieved because your Sovereignty will then be internationally documented by the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.

This government issued ID proves beyond a reasonable doubt that you are a SOVEREIGN LIFEBIRTH-PARTY WITH THE TITLE 4 FLAG and is more powerful than a passport.

If a Judge, D.A., policeman or jailer assumes that you are a CORPORATE FRANCHISEE (vessel of the United States) and that you are subject to their merchant laws you have proof that you are a living, breathing, thinking human and can walk right on over to the mailbox with your own two legs, file an application for MAIL-FRAUD (fine $1 million) with the Postal Service, and attach it to the record.

Mailing Yourself Across the Border

The Constitution is the foundation of a nation. The Articles of amendment exist to protect Sovereign American civilians from political rascals and every public servant must swear an oath in God’s Name to uphold the Constitution for the united States of America. You should remind them constantly, and bind them to it.

Read the Constitution and know that the Bill of Rights only protects Sovereign civilians.

Failure to uphold their oath can cause any public servant to lose their job.

According to all Encyclopedias, an oath is always a religious ceremony. Does your court require separation of their church from their state? In their courts, you must place your left hand on a Bible while saluting the black robed priest with your right hand. This is worshiping a false god.

Deprivation of of Rights Under Color of Law is when a “government” employee says that the law gives him the authority deprive you of your God-given rights. Everyone living in the real world knows that most police employees are not very smart. If an individual has to stoop to work for the “government” it's because they're retarded and can't get a job anywhere else. Most of the losers that apply for cop jobs were ostracized as youths and pursue enforcement as a way of fitting into a group and getting back at their peers.

Chances are, at some time in your life you have been deprived of at least one right under “color of law.” For me, that is one time too many. God, not government, gives your rights, and the constitution of our country says that it’s a crime to take away something that’s given by God. Hence we have the Title 42 U.S.C.S.: Ch. 21: Sec. 1983 Federal Law suit for the Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. The form for it available
