Barak Obama´s vice president höll ett tal den 29 juni 1992 vilket han titulerade ”On the Threshold of the New World Order: The Wilsonian Vision and American Foreign Policy in the 1990´s and Beyond.”

“This 54-page speech is treason with Biden fully supporting the elimination of our republic in favor of one-world government.” [1]

Här är ett kort avsnitt från hans tal:

"Although President Bush (Sr.) called the New World Order a "big idea" one may surmise that the President did not follow through with the concept of a New World Order because he had not thought it through (in Iraq, 1991)...Instead, I shall urge that we revive the concept of a New World Order, rescue the phrase from cynicism and invest in it a vision that should become the organizing principle of American foreign policy in the 1990s and into the next century." Han tillägger, för att helt förstå Biden´s syfte med utrikespolitiken så måste man veta vad Wilsonian Vision är. Wilsonianism är baserad på presidenten Woodrow Wilson´s [6] ”14 punkter” [7] tal till kongressen tidigt 1900-tal. Delar av denna vision inkluderar borttagandet av gränser och fullt fri och orestrikterad handel bland nationerna.
