"Playing The Commerce Game"

What if we learned how to control the flow and movement of entries, figures, and digits, for our own benefit? Is that possible? How can the real man in the real world, function in the fictional world in which the commerce game exists?

When in commerce do as commerce does, use the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)? The UCC-1 Financing Statement is the one contract in the world that can NOT be poken and it's the foundation of the Accepted for Value process. The power of this document is awesome.

Since the Treasury Direct Account (TDA) exists for the STRAWMAN - who, until now, has been controlled by government - We can gain control (and ownership) of the STRAWMAN by first activating the TDA and then filing an UCC-1 Financing Statement. This does two things for US.

First, by activating the TDA we gain limited control over the funds in the account. This allows us to also move entries, figures, and digits ... for OUR benefit.

Secondly, by properly filing an UCC-1 Financing Statement we can become the holder in due course of the STRAWMAN This gives us virtual ownership of the government created entity.

Remember earlier we mentioned that a presentment from government or one of its agents or agencies was a negative commercial claim against the STRAWMAN (and the STRAWMAN's account, the TDA)? Remember we told you entries, figures, and digits moved from one side of the account to the other, or to a different account? Well now, with the STRAWMAN under our control, government has no access to the TDA and they also lose their go-between, their liaison, their "connection" to the real, living man and woman. From now on, when presented with a "claim" (presentment) from government, we will agree with it (this removes the "controversy") and we will ACCEPT IT FOR VALUE. By doing this we remove the negative claim against our account and become the "holder in due course" of the presentment. As holder in due course you can require the sworn testimony of the presenter of the "claim" (under penalty of perjury) and request the account be properly adjusted.

It's a commercial undertaking, and the basic procedure is not complicated. In fact, it's fairly simple. We just have to remember a few things, like: this is commerce, and we play by the rules of commerce. We accept the "claim", become the holder in due course, and challenge whether or not the presenter of the claim had/has the proper authority (the Order) to make the claim (debit our account) in the first place. When they cannot produce the Order (they never can, it was never issued) we request the account be properly adjusted and the charge, the "claim” is discharged and goes away.

If they don't adjust the account a request is made for the bookkeeping records showing where the funds in question were assigned. This is done by requesting the Fiduciary Tax Estimate and the Fiduciary Tax Return for this claim. Since the claim has been accepted for value and is prepaid, and our TDA account is exempt from levy, the request for the Fiduciary Tax Estimate and the Fiduciary Tax Return is valid because the information is necessary in determining who is delinquent and/or making claims on the account. If there is no record of the Fiduciary Tax Estimate and the Fiduciary Tax Return, we then request the individual tax estimates and individual tax returns to determine if there is any delinquency.

If we receive no favorable response to the above requests, we will then file a currency report on the amount claimed/assessed against our account and begin the commercial process that will force them to either do what's required or lose everything they own - except for the clothing they are wearing at the time. This is the power of contracts (commerce) and it should be mentioned, at least this one time, that a contract overrides the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and any other document other than another contract. We should also mention that no process of law -"color" of law under present codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc. - can operate upon you, no agent and/or agency of government (including courts) can gain jurisdiction over you, WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. You, (we) are not within their fictional commercial venue.

The Accepted for Value process, however, gives us the ability to deal with "them" -through the use of our transmitting utility/go-between, the STRAWMAN -and hold them accountable in their own commercial world, for any action(s) they attempt to take against us. Without a proper Order, and now we know they're not in possession of such a document, they must leave us alone ... or pay the consequences.

Yes, this process IS powerful.

Yes, it CAN set us free from government oppression and control.

There's something else you should know:

Everything, since June 1933, operates in COMMERCE! Commerce is based on agreement, contract. Government has an implied agreement with the STRAWMAN (government's creation) and the STRAWMAN is subject to government rule, as we illustrated above. But when we, the real flesh and blood man and woman, step into their "process" we become the "surety" for the fictional STRAWMAN Reality and fiction are reversed. We then become liable for the debts, liabilities and obligations of the STRAWMAN, relinquishing our real (protected) character as we stand up for the fictional STRAWMAN

The Tin Man, or "T-I-N" - Taxpayer Identification Number - Man, was a hollow man of metal, a "vessel," or "vehicle" (see vessel, vehicle), newly created commercial code words for the straw man.

Just like the Scarecrow/Straw Man had no brain, this Tin Man vessel had no heart. Both were "artificial persons" (see person). One of the definitions of "tin" in Webster's is "counterfeit."
The Tin Man also represented the mechanical and heartless aspect of commerce and commercial law.
Just like they say in the Mafia: "Nothing personal - it's just business."
The heartless Tin Man also carried an ax, traditional symbol for God - i.e. modem commercial law - in most earlier, dominant civilizations, including fascist states, in the words of the Tin Man, expressing relief after Dorothy had oiled his arm:

I've held that ax up for ages."

The word "ace" is etymologically related to the word "ax," and in a deck of cards the only one above the King is the Ace, i.e. God. One of the "Axis" Powers of World War II, Italy, was a fascist* state.
The symbol for fascism is the "fasces," a bundle of rods with an ax bound up in the middle and its blade projecting.

The fasces may be found on the reverse of the American Mercury-head Dime (the Roman deity Mercury was the God of Commerce), and on the wall behind, and on each side of, the speaker's podium in the US Senate (each gilded fasces is approximately six feet in height). At the base of the seal of the US Senate are two crossed fasces.

Remember, in the first part of the film her counterpart was "Almira Gulch," who, according to Aunt Em, "owned half the county." Miss Gulch alleged that Dorothy's dog, Toto, had bitten her.
She came to the farm with an "Order from the Sheriff" demanding that they surrender Toto to her custody. Aunt Em was not immediately cooperative, and answered Miss Gulch's allegations that Toto had bitten her:

"He's really gentle. With gentle people, that is."

Could "gentle" really mean "Gentile"? (see Gentile) When Miss Gulch defied them to withhold Toto and "go against the law," dear old Aunt Em was relegated to "pushing the Party line" for Big Brother. She dutifully succumbed to the pressure and counseled Dorothy reluctantly;

"We can't go against the law, Dorothy. I'm afraid poor Toto will have to go."

When Dorothy refused to surrender Toto, Miss Gulch lashed out:

If you don't hand over that dog I'll bring a damned suit that'll take your whole farm!"

Today, 70% of all attorneys in the world reside in the West - America, to be exact - and 95% of all lawsuits in the world are filed under US jurisdiction.
The Wicked Witch of the West and Miss Gulch, my dear friends, represent judges and attorneys; i.e. the American legal system (including the attorney-run US Congress), executioner and primary henchman for transferring all wealth in America - everything - from the people over to the banks and the government (see Note at bar).
The Wicked Witch of the West wanted the silver slippers - the precious metals - and her counterpart, Miss Gulch, wanted to take Toto. What does the word "toto" mean In "attorney language," i.e. Latin? "Everything!"

Contracts And Promises

If a contract or a promise that is verbal or unspoken, then that agreement cannot really be imposed. Any instrument that is requiring implementation on it is commonly nothing but an offer to create a new contract.

If you put your signature on the instrument, you have accepted the terms of the new contract. In this situation it is your responsibility to pay the debt.

Whenever an issuer creates an instrument for value and issues it, he is risking the legal responsibility on it. If you challenge the instrument the issuer may be responsible for paying you.

You are in a superior position if the issuer of the instrument does not make a counter offer to your offer. Commerce is set up to favor creditors that are seeking to collect on claims. Commerce is based on Merchant Law.

Most of the time the only thing that needs to be determined is who is the creditor and who owes the debt? Once that has been determined (Ex. you sign a ticket with signature) any other facts regarding the claim is unrelated.

The Russian Revolution

In 1905, while Russia was engaged in the Russo-Japanese War, the Communists tried to get the farmers to revolt against the Czar, but they refused. [Many of the leaders, including Lenin and Trotsky were exiled --ed].

After this aborted attempt, the Czar deposited $400,000,000 in the Chase Bank, National City Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, the Hanover Trust Bank, and Manufacturers Trust Bank, and $80,000,000 in the Rothschild Bank in Paris, because he knew who was behind the growing revolutionary movement, and hoped to end it.

The Rothschilds, through Milner, planned the Russian Revolution, and along with Schiff (who gave $20 million), Sir George Buchanan, the Warburgs, the Rockefellers, the partners of J.P. Morgan (who gave at least $1 million), Olaf Aschberg (of the Nye Bank of Stockholm, Sweden),

the Rhine Westphalian Syndicate, a financier named Jovotovsky (whose daughter later married Leon Trotsky), William Boyce Thompson (a director of Chase National Bank who contributed $1 million), and Albert H. Wiggin (President of Chase National Bank), helped finance it.

The Rockefellers had given their financial support after the Czar refused to give them access to the Russian oil fields, which were already being pumped by the Royal Dutch Co. (owned by the Rothschilds and the Nobel brothers) and giving Standard Oil plenty of competition on the international market.

Even though John D. Rockefeller possessed $15,000,000 in bonds from the Royal Dutch Co. and Shell, rather than purchase stock to get his foot in the door and indirectly profit, he helped to finance the Revolution so that he would be able to get Standard Oil firmly established in the country of Russia.

As the Congress of Vienna (1814) had shown, the Illuminati had never been able to control the affairs of Russia, so they had to get rid of the Czar so he couldn't interfere with their plans.

In October, 1917, the [Bolshevik Revolution] began. Grand Duke Nicholas said: "It is on God himself that the Bolshevicks are waging war." Czar Nicholas II (who succeeded Alexander III, 1881-94) was dethroned in March after a series of riots, and a provincial government was set up by Prince George Lvov, a liberal progressive reformer who wanted to set up a democracy.

He made an effort to strengthen the Russian Army to prevent any future revolts but ended up resigning which allowed Kerensky, a democratic Socialist, to take over and form a coalition government.

He kept the war with Germany going, and issued an amnesty order for the Communists who had been exiles after the aborted Red Revolution in 1905. Nearly 250,000 revolutionaries returned to Russia.
