Vi medborgare är ju bara drägg. Klart vi inte är värdiga att uppfostra barn om inte barnen själva är drägg... Visar det sig att något drägg fått ett underbarn så tas det omhand.
De har ju kontroller för barn för att se om det finns några extra begåvade barn med föräldrar som inte kan tillvarata barnens behov.
