Alan Belmont, the former Assistant Director For Domestic Intelligence, Federal Bureau of Investigation accepted his research for publication in 1968. His documentation was so remarkable and impeccable, that Belmont notified J. Edgar Hoover, regarding Sutton’s findings. The FBI decided to conduct their own ‘investigation’ by sending their own agents into Russia, to ascertain the veracity of this novel ‘intelligence’ first hand. John Barron, wrote about this in his book, Operation Solo.

In his book, Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era (New York: Viking Press;1970), Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote:

"For impressive evidence of Western participation in the early phase of Soviet economic growth, see Antony C. Sutton's Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development: 1917-1930, which argues that 'Soviet economic development for 1917-1930 was essentially dependent on Western technological aid' (p.283), and that 'at least 95 per cent of the industrial structure received this assistance.' (p. 348)."

Professor Richard Pipes, of Harvard, said in his book, Survival Is Not Enough: Soviet Realities and America's Future (Simon & Schuster;1984):
"In his three-volume detailed account of Soviet Purchases of Western Equipment and Technology ..." Sutton comes to conclusions that are uncomfortable for many businessmen and economists. For this reason his work tends to be either dismissed out of hand as 'extreme' or, more often, simply ignored."

Complete corroboration for the general argument of this study comes from an excellent source: Joseph Stalin. In June 1944, W. Averell Harriman, reporting to the State Department on a discussion between Eric Johnston and Stalin, made the following significant statement:

"Stalin paid tribute to the assistance rendered by the United States to Soviet industry before and during the war. He said that about two-thirds of all the large industrial enterprises in the Soviet Union had been built with United States help or technical assistance."

U.S. forces landed under fire near Algiers on Nov. 8, 1942; heavy combat raged throughout November. Nazi interests in the Silesian-American Corporation, long managed by Prescott Bush and his father-in-law George Herbert Walker, were seized under the Trading with the Enemy Act on Nov. 17, 1942. In this action, the government announced that it was seizing only the Nazi interests, leaving the Nazis' U.S. partners to carry on the business.@s3
These and other actions taken by the U.S. government in wartime were, tragically, too little and too late. Pol pot

At a time when the USA is supporting Israel's actions in Palestine, we should remember that the USA and UK supported Pol Pot and his murderous Khmer Rouge.

The Kmer Rouge killed off around one quarter of Cambodia's population.

Vietnam was pro-Russia.

Pol Pot was not pro-Russia.

So the USA and UK supported Pol Pot.
In 1970, Cambodia's head of state Prince Sihanouk was toppled by pro-American forces.

In the early 1970s, the USA was bombing sections of Cambodia as part of its Vietnam War. This helped win recruits for Pol Pot.

Pol Pot ran the government of Cambodia from 1975 until 1979, although he was influential before 1975.

In 1972, the Vietnamese intervened in Cambodia against Pol pot's group.
"Washington took immediate steps to preserve the Khmer Rouge as a guerrilla movement," according to Jack Colhoun in Covert Action Quarterly magazine, Summer 1990. (US supports Pol Pot)
Zbigniew Brzezinski said, "I encouraged the Chinese to support Pol Pot. I encouraged the Thai to help the DK (Democratic Kampuchea)."

The USA allowed the Khmer Rouge to use camps in Thailand.

Almost two million Cambodians died as a result of Pol Pot.

John Pilger argues that these lives could have been saved if the US and Britain had not helped Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge.
The illegal bombing of neutral Cambodia by President Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger, between 1969 and 1973, killed an estimated half a million Cambodians, and helped Pol Pot gain recruits.

The Khmer Rouge were overthrown by the Vietnamese at the end of 1978.
In the years that followed, the US and the UK's Thatcher government, backed Pol Pot in exile in Thailand.

Khmer Rouge representatives were allowed to continue occupying Cambodia's seat at the UN.
In 1981, President Jimmy Carter's national security adviser, Zbigniew Brzezinski, said: "I encouraged the Chinese to support Pol Pot."

The US, he said, "winked publicly" as China sent arms to the Khmer Rouge.

The US secretly funded Pol Pot in exile.

This was revealed in correspondence to a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

In November 1980, Dr Ray Cline, a former deputy director of the CIA, made a visit to a Khmer Rouge operational headquarters.

In 1982, the US invented the Coalition of the Democratic Government of Kampuchea.

According to John pilger, the 'Coalition' was dominated, diplomatically and militarily, by the Khmer Rouge.

One of Pol Pot's closet cronies, Thaoun Prasith, ran the office at the UN in New York.

Britain's Special Air Services (SAS) regiment.

In 1989, the British role in Cambodia was revealed.

In the Sunday Telegraph, Simon O'Dwyer-Russell, revealed that the SAS was training the Pol Pot-led force.

Jane's Defence Weekly reported that the British training for the members of the 'coalition' had been going on "at secret bases in Thailand for more than four years".

The instructors were from the SAS, "all serving military personnel, all veterans of the Falklands conflict, led by a captain".

The Cambodian training became an exclusively British operation after 1986.

In 1991, John pilger interviewed a member of "R" (reserve) Squadron of the SAS, who had served on the border.

"We trained the KR in a lot of technical stuff - a lot about mines," he said.

"We used mines that came originally from Royal Ordnance in Britain, which we got by way of Egypt with marking changed . . .

"We even gave them psychological training. At first, they wanted to go into the villages and just chop people up. We told them how to go easy . . ."

On 25 June 1991, after two years of denials, the UK government finally admitted that the SAS had been secretly training the "resistance" since 1983.

A report by Asia Watch filled in the detail: the SAS had taught "the use of improvised explosive devices, booby traps and the manufacture and use of time-delay devices".

The author of the report, Rae McGrath (who shared a joint Nobel Peace Prize for the international campaign on landmines), wrote in the Guardian that "the SAS training was a criminally irresponsible and cynical policy".

In 1992, a UN "peacekeeping force" arrived in Cambodia.

The Khmer Rouge was welcomed back to Phnom Penh by UN officials.

Khieu Samphan, Pol Pot's prime minister during the years of genocide, took the salute of UN troops with their commander, the Australian general John Sanderson, at his side.

The result of the UN's involvement was 'the unofficial ceding of at least a quarter of Cambodia to the Khmer Rouge (according to UN military maps).'

In January last year, I read a post at conspiracycentral.info, that began…

I was driving home today and saw this huge mural with the masonic symbol and it freaked me out. I just got back from the midwest, and I saw a handful of masonic symbols, street signs, and temples all in the same area of Missouri. Imagine my surprise when I go back to Seattle and I see the biggest sign of masonic arrogance right in the middle of the most artsy fartsy area of the supposedly liberal and freedom-loving Emerald City.

Turns out the mural was part of a masonic temple/lodge that is in the middle of a shopping area, and totally out of place. Not only that, but it’s basically a block away from the HUGE statue of Lenin that haunts this area of the city.

I had almost forgotten about it, when I was reminded of it today at Nicene Truth. Jay Dyer links to a site with a good overview on the statue:


Fremont, self-proclaimed “Center of the Universe,” is the venue for America’s largest statue honoring Lenin.

No, kids — not one of the Beatles, but Vladimir Illych Lenin, hero of the workers, Communism, and the former Soviet Union.

The 16-ft. tall bronze originated in Poprad, Slovakia, where it was first erected in 1988. It tumbled along with other heroic (and out of fashion) statues when the Soviets went down in 1989. For a time, the 7-ton Lenin lay face down in the mud at the Poprad dump — until rescued by American entrepreneur Lewis Carpenter. Carpenter, who admired the artistry, mortgaged his house to buy and transport the statue to Seattle.

Carpenter died in a car accident in 1994. To recover the statue debt, Carpenter’s family made an arrangement to loan it to the Fremont district until a buyer emerged. Asking price: $150,000. In 1995, Fremont put the statue up in the center of town, near a Cold War era rocket also displayed as public art.

It’s the proximity of the Masonic lodge that is suspicious. I’m not sure whether Lewis Carpenter was a Mason or not - only the Masons can tell you that - as indeed I had replied to the post at the conspiracycentral forum: “You should investigate whether the lot holding it is owned by the masons or not. That, in itself, could be tough to do, though, as masons aren’t required by law to publish membership lists. It will be haphazard at best - resorting to what they choose to reveal on their websites. Perhaps Lewis Carpenter is, or various officers from the Freemont Chamber of Commerce.”

Lenin’s membership in Masonry has long been speculated upon. There are a few clues in which one can - and should - follow up on. Jüri Lina, Architects of Deception, pp. 311-12:

Lenin was a freemason of the 31st degree (Grand Inspecteur Inquisiteur Commandeur) and a member of the French lodge Art et Travail (Oleg Platonov, “Russia’s Crown of Thorns: The Secret History of Freemasonry 1731-1996″, Moscow, 2000, Volume 2, p. 417).

On his visit to the Grand Orient headquarters on rue Cadet in Paris in 1905, Lenin wrote his name in the visitors’ book (Viktor Kuznetsov, “The Secret of the October Coup”, St. Petersburg, 2001, p. 42). Lenin was a member of the most malicious lodge of the Grand Orient, the Nine Sisters, in 1914 (Soviet Analyst, June, 2002, p. 12). Lenin also belonged to the Union de Belville Lodge.

The French freemason Rozie of the Jean Georges lodge in Paris hailed his masonic brothers Lenin and Trotsky (La Libre Parole, 6 February 1918).

Many of the bolsheviks, apart from Lenin and Trotsky, were freemasons: Boris Solovyov, Vikenti Veresayev, Grigori Zinoviev (Grand Orient), Maxim Litvinov, Nikolai Bukharin (actually Moshe Pinkhus-Dolgolevsky), Christian Rakovsky, Yakov Sverdlov, Anatoli Lunacharsky (actually Balich-Mandelstam), Mechislav Kozlovsky (Polish freemason), Karl Radek (Grand Orient), Mikhail Borodin, Leonid Krasin, Vladimir Dzhunkovsky, and many more. In the KGB archives, the historian Viktor Bratyev found a document according to which Lunacharsky belonged to the Grand Orient of France (Anton Pervushin, “The Occult Secret of the NKVD and the SS”, St. Petersburg, Moscow 1999, p. 133).

Lenin, Zinoviev, Radek and Sverdlov were also members of B’nai B’rith. This was confirmed by those specializing in the activities of B’nai B’rith, among them Schwartz-Bostunich (Viktor Ostretsov, “Freemasonry, Culture, and Russian History”, Moscow, 1999, pp. 582- 583).

Pereverzev. Allegedly French rite mason of the “L’Union de Belleville” (Paris) in 1902. Lenin was a fan and a close friend of the revolutionary pop-singer G.M. Montegus who occurred to have been a French police informer. Besides he was a member of the Masonic lodge “L’Union de Belleville” (Paris).

So, the Grand Orient’s Lodge “L’Union de Belleville” - if records still exist, and haven’t been suppressed
- might have the proof. Here’s the minutes of the Lodge “L’Union de Belleville,” April 28, 1871, translated by Mitch Abidor for marxists.org:

The very next day, according to the BC and Yukon Grand Lodge, 10,000 Freemasons mounted the barricades in support of the Paris Commune - a ragtag bunch of socialists, anarchists, communists and “workers” who adopted the “previously discarded French Republican Calendar during its brief existence and used the socialist red flag rather than the republican tricolore.”
