Speaking for the whole rest of the world, and yourselves too, don't buy it. The book or its message.

I'm shocked that a book like this goes down this well in modern USA and is on the top of the NY Times non-fiction bestsellers, almost six years after WTC, after Bush's popularity has collapsed, after a totally failed war in Iraq.

What you have to realize is that what the people initiating wars want is not always what the people want. In such cases the war initiators have to come up with excuses. History is full of this--war as a means to gain power is just not acceptable in modern nations anymore... Or so the rest of the world would wish anyway.

Whenever things like

are associated with modern war, we're most likely talking about setting up false causes. If were talking about natural resources, personal profiting, securing political power, eliminating competition or those who don't play along, defending against an offense of another, "defending" the economy/companies, putting the really expensive militaries like US's to use, we're closer to reality.

That you actually seek to see how the whole "islamofascism/terrorism" thing is utterly evil while you yourselves do it in a mood of political blindness and religious fundamentalism strikes to me as completely hypocritical. So far it's YOU who have been the offensive party here. The rest of the world is afraid of you more than the Islamic countries, and books like this don't make it any better. You're really alone, well with Britain maybe, in keeping this ever present terrorist scare alive...

Read about the other side of things as well before making political desicions. Not only does war kill your own people, it also kills other people, over dozens of times as much, both directly and indirectly. Do you think more war would actually soothe the atmosphere in Middle East?

But the worst thing of them all about war is it's expensiveness. The world is right now at a crisis, probably the worst in the history of human kind, with huge chunks of the population, actual people, really poor compared to you, suffering and dying and living inadequately when we are simultaneously burning out of our limited energy resources. Islam isn't the largest problem here. Whatever you decide to do affects everyone else as well. And only you really decide if the wars go on or not. I'd myself be soon ready to gather volunteers, some "liberal" friends of mine, to attack the US. It's getting ridiculous. You're doing way much more damage with the fundamentalism than anyone else. And, I will remind you once again that you're the only rich/developed nation which still thinks that religion has something to do with politics. Ever wonder why? Maybe those two don't really go well together at all. Not all of the world is "christian/jew-fundamentalist" you know. Not even USA. But much of the same world is still under your political decisions.

This book is beyond doubt probably the bullet that kills every genuine evangelical christian in the middle east... mike is either a "*#)@#*(#$" fool or a genuine man of God. He has made a stand that alienates every real christian trying to share the love of God in a jesus way... and instead has replaced it with a judas -jezabel paranoic theology that tears down every wall that every non violent christian tries to build. He is either very very right or very very wrong. I personally feel he is wrong. I dont believe jesus would spout the kind of garbage of hate that he does. However, I too may be wrong... the only difference is that I KNOW my savior. If by washing his hands in the blood of the saints , mr evans makes himself as guilty as judas... then this book is his testament...and you should read it and buy it. After finishing it you will make up your own mind that either this man is beyond crazy ... or genuinely correct. Once again... I believe JESUS would burn this book! ! .
