Sarkozy Wants to Bypass Irish EU Rejection
Brödtext: http://www.roguegovernment.com/news. php?id=9986

Sarkozy Wants to Bypass Irish EU Rejection
06-13-2008
London Telegraph

Nicolas Sarkozy, the French President, is working with European Union officials and diplomats to plan a special "legal arrangement" to bypass Ireland's referendum rejection

Mr Sarkozy takes over the EU's rotating presidency in July and will be tasked with resurrecting, for a second time, Lisbon Treaty proposals first contained in the European Constitution rejected by French and Dutch voters three years ago

Diplomats and officials have no intention of letting the Irish no vote sink a blueprint to boost the EU's powers on the international stage and to create a President of Europe

Gordon Brown has already phoned Paris to promise Mr Sarkozy that Britain will ignore Ireland to continue parliamentary ratification of the EU Treaty

Jean-Pierre Jouyet, the French Europe Minister, has hinted that Paris already has a legal "fix", such as plans revealed in The Daily Telegraph on Wednesday, to keep the EU Treaty alive

"The most important thing is that the ratification process must continue in the other countries and then we shall see with the Irish what type of legal arrangement could be found," he said

"We must remain within the framework of the Lisbon treaty"
Eight countries are still engaged in parliamentary ratification of the Treaty but are expected to have finished, without any upsets by the autumn

Plans to find a "mechanism" keeping Ireland within the EU but temporarily outside the Lisbon Treaty will then be tabled at an October or December meeting of Europe's leaders

"Ireland must not stop the process of getting the Treaty through.

Then we can take stock," said a diplomat close to negotiations

Mr Brown will join Mr Sarkozy and other EU leaders at a Brussels summit next Thursday to vow that it is business as usual on pushing the Treaty through

Brian Cowen, the Irish Taoiseach, is expected to support the calls for ratification to continue in other countries and to plead that Ireland is not left behind

But the British Prime Minister will face strong domestic calls for Parliament's ratification of the Treaty to be halted

The Conservatives will revive demands for a British referendum as a ICM poll yesterday found that Britons would vote against the Lisbon Treaty by 51 per cent to 28 per cent

Neil O'Brien, Director of Open Europe, said: "The argument for a referendum in Britain is now overwhelming. Europe's political establishment plan to carry on regardless.

Only a referendum in Britain can finally kill this thing off"
Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party, argued that the EU must honour the Irish vote, the only referendum to place on the Treaty in the EU's 27 member states

"I suspect that the EU extremists will simply try to ignore it as they did the French and Dutch results," he said

"The third reading of the treaty in the House of Lords next week must be halted because the project now has no legitimacy"
There are advanced plans in Brussels for a "bridging mechanism" to allow Ireland to be removed from the list of signatories to the Lisbon Treaty after the EU's 26 other member states have ratified it'
Ireland will continue to remain in the euro and be covered by existing Treaties but will be left out of the creation of an EU president and foreign minister, which would proceed as planned

By late 2009 or early 2010, when Croatia joins the EU, an amending "Accession Treaty" will be signed by all members including Dublin

Incorporated into it would be a series of protocol texts giving paper "opt-outs" on controversial Irish EU issues, such as taxation powers or greater military co-operation

Ireland, like the rest of the Europe, does not hold referendums on EU enlargement treaties and with new protocol opt-outs Dublin may get the Treaty past the Irish parliament without another popular vote

Förslag på vad som kan spridas?

Nån som har förslag på en film som handlar om EU-diktaturen som man kan bränna tillsammans med en svensktextad version av "the great global warming swindle"?

You are so cute when you show how naive you are and take your time to insult me.

I am entitled to my opinion just as you are.

I am no idiot, though it seems I am often weighted down by idiot comments like yours here for instance.

The REAL "fight" here is the fact that Ireland was the only one that had a plebiscite in the first place.

Wake up a bit there pal.

Does no use saying "Oh good Ireland did it for us etc.."

Suck on this:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/jun/14/ireland.eu2

Britain will press ahead with the ratification of the EU treaty despite the decision of Irish voters to reject it in a referendum, the government said yesterday.

Although the Conservatives urged Gordon Brown to immediately shelve the European Union (amendment) bill, which implements the treaty, the Foreign Office confirmed the bill would go ahead with its third reading next Wednesday. It should receive royal assent shortly afterwards, with Britain formally ratifying the treaty a few weeks later.

Whatcha gonna do now huh?

NOTHING, exactly like your owners programmed you to do.

Stay home and be depressed, get angry, feel BAD, but do NOTHING.

Yes I am a bit provocative, but there is a LOT OF FUCKING work to be done.

Stop bitching at my post and DO something.

EU and Globalism: Facts denied to the public

UK Independence Party fringe conference 2&3 October 2004

Speech by William Wolf, publisher of Facts and Chronicles denied to the Public, by Pierre de Villemarest www. aquilion. com

When Nazis and Communists buried the Hatchet, they planted a poisonous seed, which has Grown into the CFR and later into Brussels's Europe..

When, in March 1988, the Soviet empire was beginning to disintegrate, details of secret, East-West negotiations were leaked to Pravda, and then to Moscow News, to the effect that "ten or twenty years ago," a world government "could only have led to domination by American capitalism being enshrined in international law". However, the article continued, "the situation has changed. What has to be done is to establish a new international political order [for which] the socialist world is well prepared [because] the idea of internationalism is in the very nature of our [Communist] system of government". What Moscow realised in 1988 was that globalism represented a final opportunity to rescue communist structures, if not communism itself, from collapse. At the same time, the World Economic Forum, host to annual international summit meetings in Davos, launched, under the names of members of the Bilderberg Group and of the Trilateral Commission, a series of economic plans, to which Moscow was only too willing to subscribe. The aim of these plans was not to liberate Eastern European sovereignty and democracy, but to engineer, together with the USSR, the domination of Europe by a supranational regime. This aim was identical to that enshrined in the terms of the Soviet-German Treaty of 1939 - a correspondence, which is conveniently ignored by commentators today..

However, if we understand this correspondence, we can easily understand the words of Marcel Déat, as published, in 1943, under German supervision, in his daily newspaper, L'Ouvre [ie "The Task"] Déat said:

"It is a question of creating one great European Economic State. The new Europe will either be socialist or it will not exist at all.."!

Here is the beginning of understanding the hidden history of modern Europe - not a Europe which could combine free countries while preserving their sovereignty (i.e. without imposing a supranational state) but that of Jean Monnet, whom the CIA financed in order to create a system of European governance, just like that which Walter Funk, the Nazi Minister of Finance, actually designed..

For decades, the so-called "Fathers of Europe", Jean Monnet, Robert Schuman, Jacques Delors, and others, spread their hatred of sovereignty and democracy through their powerful adherents in the media, and kept quiet about themselves and their 'godfathers' in the Fabian Society, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission and so on; namely, Joseph Retinger, Otto Abetz, Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi, Ernst Aschenbach, Paul-Henry Spaak, Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, David Rockefeller et cetera, all of whom have worked, in effect, to blend Nazi pan-Europeanism with Communist Internationalism to create the global, oligarchic, corporate system, we see emerging today..

As shown in the Congressional Record - on 15 December 1987, Jesse Helms dropped a bombshell in the US Senate. He denounced "the State Department, the Trade Department, certain banking and financial groups, multinationals and tax-exempt foundations [saying that they were effectively controlled by] organisations such as the CFR, the RIIA, the Trilateral Commission, the Dartmouth and Bilderberg Meetings, the Aspen Institute and the Atlantic Insititute", which are, he said, "using them to spread and coordinate plans for a so-called New World Order, serving the business and financial channels of the political world.."

Indeed, Senator Helms, whose high degree in Freemasonry, suddenly became a matter of dispute with the Grand Order, ventured to go further still.. On the morals of what he called "this secret system of government", he said,

"The world views of these insiders are characterised by atheism and materialism. All that matters to them is to maximise their profits, by wielding the twin-weapons of debt and monopoly. That is absolutely not true capitalism, and it is not surprising if the insiders of these clubs - while vying with each other - are also plotting together to join forces with Kremlin leaders, whose vision of the world is also that of atheistic, materialistic profiteers.."

Helms also described what he called "the destructive role of Fabian socialism", specifically deploring the fact (and I quote) "that Europe has lost its identity and sense of mission as a bastion of Western civilisation, whereas Marxism, in all its forms, is replacing the culture and the traditional values of the nations of the Old World"..

How is it possible that so few people know about these powers and their role in shaping Europe and the World since the War? There are two reasons: the first is that foreign correspondents in the United States, are snowed under by government press-releases and trivia, and rarely find time to examine the Congressional Record, let alone to listen to speeches in the Senate or House of Representatives..

The second, and more cogent, reason is apparent from a speech, given in Essen, West Germany, on 8th June 1991, by David Rockefeller, the President of the Bilderberg Group, and of the Trilateral Commission, and one of those who control the media through their financial interests.. He said:

"We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been quite impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, now that the world is more sophisticated, it is prepared to march towards a world government and accept the supranational sovereignty of an intellectual and financial elite, which is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries.."

Only a few publications, of very limited circulation, or else this book I've just published entitled Facts & Chronicles denied to the public, written by Pierre de Villemarest, a former member of the Special Services for French National Defence, reported this astounding statement, while, among the "great publications" referred to by Rockefeller were the newspapers of record of all the European Union member states, whose eminent columnists - some of them Members of Parliament - preferred not to protest about the censorship imposed by this man and his accomplices, but to continue to allow themselves to be led, together with an ignorant public, on a forced "march towards a one-world government"..

For more than fifty years, the self-appointed "Wise Men" of these plutocratic "Clubs" steadfastly ignored the atrocities perpetrated by the precursor of the Europe of Brussels - the USSR. Under cover of a silence imposed by them, the nomenklatura, who were so admired by Monnet and Delors, were able to impose their "new socialist order" upon 100 million slaves - and murdered as many more..

During an official visit to Bucharest, the then President of France, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing (a Bilderberg-attendee since 1968) took the opportunity of assuring the Communist boss, Ceaucescu, as follows: "We have identical ideas about the problems facing the world, and they are in line with a New Economic World Order". (Le Figaro, 28 July 1975). Giscard made almost the same comment to Brezhnev after placing flowers at Lenin's tomb, as the first Western Head of State to pay tribute to the man who, in founding the Cheka, created the first, modern police-state..

It was at about this time that Alexander Solzhenitsyn miraculously succeeded in breaking through the blanket of silence in the West and in denouncing the Empire of the Gulag. After that, other survivors of the death camps, such as the Russian Vladimir Bukovski, drove the point home by pointing out that the East-West détente, so desired by the globalists, was built upon a hundred million corpses.. When challenged about his motives for saying this, Vladimir Bukovski replied, with wonderful, Russian wit and succinctness:

"I am neither from the revolutionary camp, nor from the reactionary camp - I am from the concentration camp.."

The feminist Simone de Beauvoir, self-proclaimed defender of the weak and the oppressed, once said to Bukovski:

"You do not have the right, Sir, to destroy the illusions of the young people who expect so much from socialism!"..

We may wonder how she dared to bid him keep silence about the horrors he had witnessed; but such is the fervour of the utopian elite that truth and justice - let alone sovereignty and democracy - mean nothing to them at all. I would love to know what Bukovski said in reply..

We want a Europe of freedom, not a Europe of de Beauvoir's "illusions", because, unless we get it, Europe, like yesterday's USSR, will become a spiritual, intellectual and moral cemetery, where soulless racketeers hold sway. We need no lessons in civic duty or "European solidarity" from such people.. Where were they - where were such "Wise Men" as Messieurs Monnet and Schuman - from 1914-1918, or 1939-1945? Were they fighting at our side? No they were not! Why should we now believe their claim that they are about to defend Europe, when their rackets are already global in extent?

When we defended our country, some of us for the second time, we also felt solidarity with those in Europe, who were fighting the same fight with us, and we did not need Maastricht, Euratom, or orchestrated, absorptionist propaganda to make us feel that solidarity..

You cannot save a civilisation with promises of a pan-continental order for stateless robots, in exchange for the suppression of traditions, the breaking up of one's patrimony and the repudiation of one's nation. Europeists argue like true Communists when they claim that they have the "only solution to the problem of restoring our greatness and dignity". A fine phrase that - worthy of the worst of demagogues - worthy, in fact, of any dictator - and typical of men whose wealth shelters them from all the mundane difficulties ordinary people have - the difficulties, that is, of those who love their native land and their neighbours, and who discovered solidarity, national and international, before Europeists, ever became the blot-on-the-landscape, which they now are. A Europe of the peoples and the nations is possible, but the starting point must be our common culture and traditions, for only then can our economies develop within a framework of democratic, social justice. Such a framework cannot be imposed by a bureaucracy - and especially not by the present one, whose irresponsibility needs no further proof..

There is no reason why Europe must, as Marcel Déat put it, "either be socialist or not exist at all", unless "Europe" means the totalitarian construct Déat was thinking of at the time. Similarly, there are many Americans, who reject the State-within-a-State, which the CFR has become over the decades. They, like us, wish to see European nations as equal partners, not fellow serfs in an empire of global corporations and supranational regulators, just as Howard Perlmutter, American economist and CFR member, had announced in February 1971 at the first Davos conference. In Switzerland Pierre de Villemarest was able to obtain complete texts of statements not intended for public release.. In his summing-up, Howard Perlmutter said,

"By 1991, we must have no more than about 300 multinationals controlling all research, exploitation and distribution world wide of the key natural resources of our time.."

At the same time he advocated that an increasing number of banks and companies should engage in mergers for the sake of simplifying and regulating the current economic drive. Europe would thus become a kind of economic and financial multinational with a single voice in discussions with the American multinational. Discussion, perhaps, but not as a free agent, as show before..

The European nations have sprung from several centuries of warring history, but it was not the nationalism of any country that started the wars of the 20th Century. The wars of modern times were precipitated rather by supranational forces aiming for world government. They were wars of ideology-wielding elites against the people, and they continue to this day. It is important to remember that the Soviets were never the true embodiment of Russia, nor was Nazism, despite all the propaganda, ever Germany; and the CFR is not America, any more than certain influential groups in Paris, Berlin, London or Brussels are France, Germany, England or Europe. We should be constantly aware of this, and make every effort to open the eyes of our compatriots and neighbours to it..

All the facts and all the truth condemn the Europe of Brussels and Maastricht; but rejecting it is not just a matter of saying "No" to the European spider's web we can see. We must expose the hidden history of Monnet's and Schumann's Europe, which shows how it is linked to a global conspiracy. If we can do this, the Quislings will slink off in disgrace from every European capital, and each European nation-state will regain its own destiny. The time has come to name the secretive clubs which govern us and their adherents - as we do in Facts & Chronicles denied to the public, especially the members of parliaments and governments who do the bidding of the CFR, Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission and so on. In this way, the day will come, when our present downward spiral into global dictatorship will be halted and reversed..
