Om de verkligen velat stoppa spridningen så hade flyg till och från drabbade områden dragits in. Nu har folk tillåtits flyga över hela jorden med en potentiell smitta. Antingen vill man smitta många eller så är det inte så värst farligt, bara ett sätt att vänja folk vid tanken att staten kan ta över vid utbrott av influensa.

Could this, too, be a coded message to insiders?
