She previously served as managing director and a member of the board of the Wall Street investment bank Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., and as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development during the administration of the first President Bush. She also served as president of Hamilton Securities Group, Inc.
