The Agenda: Their Vision – Your Future is an independent feature-length documentary produced by Mark Sharman, a former British television executive at ITV and Sky (formerly BSkyB).
Both in fiction and in reality, there have always been individuals and organizations with the ambition of controlling the world. According to the film, the oligarchs who control finance and power now finally possess the tools to achieve their global objectives: ubiquitous surveillance, artificial intelligence, digital currency, and ultimately digital identities. It argues that the potential for social control over our lives and minds is alarmingly real.
The film states that this plan has been decades in the making and has involved the infiltration of governments, local authorities, major corporations, civil society, the media, and—crucially—the education system. It describes this as an uninterrupted drive toward a new reality reminiscent of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World and George Orwell’s 1984.
The Agenda: Their Vision – Your Future examines what it describes as the digital prison awaiting us if we fail to act now. It explores how access to food, energy, money, travel, and even the internet could be restricted and controlled; how financial power undermines democracy; and how global institutions such as the World Health Organization are, according to the film, used to advance ideological and economic objectives.
According to the film, at the center of this is the concept of human-caused climate change and the race toward Net Zero. It states that both are rooted in the United Nations and its Agenda 2030, asking whether this represents a force for good or ”a blank check for totalitarian global control.”
