The documentary 5G – The Untold Story is an investigation into the hidden health consequences of the 5G rollout.
Through compelling personal testimonies and scientific analysis, the film highlights what it presents as the real effects of the 5G rollout on human health. According to the documentary, healthy individuals developed insomnia, headaches, heart palpitations, and other symptoms within days of 5G antennas being activated near their homes.
In 2025, Stockholm was named the city offering the best 5G experience in Europe. However, according to the film, behind the media’s overwhelmingly positive headlines lies a more troubling reality. It claims that people who had previously been in good health began experiencing serious symptoms after 5G antennas were installed near their homes.
The documentary is based on research by former professor Lennart Hardell, a world-renowned epidemiologist and cancer specialist, who conducted a series of case studies on the health effects experienced by people living near 5G antennas in collaboration with Mona Nilsson of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation (Strålskyddsstiftelsen). The studies conclude that people exposed to 5G rapidly develop what is referred to as ”microwave syndrome,” previously described as an effect of microwave radiation exposure, and that 5G results in very high levels of radiation exposure. According to the film, these studies—the first in the world to scientifically document the health effects of real-life 5G exposure—present a concerning conclusion: that 5G is harmful to human health.
5G – The Untold Story challenges what it describes as the silence of public authorities and those in positions of power. It argues that 5G has been deployed without precautionary measures or studies demonstrating that the technology is safe, and contends that these institutions appear to prioritize industrial interests over public safety.
